Overview
This video shows a snapshot of the day-to-day life of an illustrator. The illustrator's specialty is doing computer graphic art design. It shows the process that the illustrator goes through to create one of their art pieces. First, inspiration is needed for new art pieces, so they like to go through various media to see what different artists have done in the past and hope to draw inspiration from that. Then, they need rough scratchpad areas where their ideas can come to life. These are rough sketches which don't have much polish, but can be drawn quickly by hand to see what the end product might look like. The illustrator also introduces themselves with a story about their childhood, and how they had grown fond of art at a very young age. Additionally, the illustrator examines their fondness of music and movies, and how they are able to use those media for additional inspiration. The jazz music accompanying the music is chosen by the artist, reflecting their preference of jazz music.
